Eroglu Yapı, founded on the know-how and experience based 35 year trade history of Eğroğlu Group, Eroğlu Yapı carries out activity in the fields of residence, shopping center and commercial real estate. Eroğlu Yapı has developed projects in Sarıyer, Beylikdüzü, Ümraniye, Merter, Kağıthane, Florya, Büyükçekmece, Seyrantepe, Tekirdağ, Antalya and Bursa up to now and total volume of the said projects carried out and aimed to be completed within newt 2 years by Eroğlu has reached to 2 million square meters.
Within its experience over 12 years and its Professional personel which built a brand in the sector, Eroğlu Yapı has started its enterprises which will start a new era by changing the cliches of the sector. Managing business development and construction process of Tekira AVM opened in 2008 and bought by Dutch Corio and putting Ümraniye Akkom Office Park Project into practice in 2009, Eroğlu Yapı delivered the flats of Oksizen Estates in 2010 and carried out Istanbul Lounge Project. Starting Istanbul Lounge Project 2, Yenimoda Residences, Platform Merter and Florya Ekşinar Estates projects in 2011, Eroğlu Yapı aims to make an investment of approximately 2,5 billion Turkish Liras in 2011. |
